By accessing or using the AfterCarz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Our services
AfterCarz connects vehicle owners with government-authorised Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSFs) and facilitates quote generation, doorstep pickup coordination, documentation support, and RC cancellation assistance.
Quotes and pricing
Scrap value quotes provided are estimates based on the information you share and prevailing market rates. Final value is confirmed after physical inspection of the vehicle at pickup.
Eligibility
Our services are currently available for private passenger vehicles including hatchbacks, sedans and SUVs. Commercial vehicles and two-wheelers are not covered.
User responsibilities
You confirm that all information provided, including vehicle ownership and RC details, is accurate and that you are the legal owner or authorised representative of the vehicle being scrapped.
Limitation of liability
AfterCarz acts as a facilitator between vehicle owners and RVSF partners. While we take reasonable care in vetting our partner network, AfterCarz is not liable for delays caused by RTO processing timelines or partner facility operations beyond our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
